Wawa review: Service

The WaWa in Egg Harbor City is getting real relax with policy. Ordering food via touch screen is suppose to be a fast and convenient way of getting what you want in a orderly and timely fashion.

On September 12 I typed in a cold latte on the screen monitor then I walked to the cashier paid for my coffee and went to the counter to wait for my drink. I walked to the newspaper section and I found myself there for 20 min waiting for my number to be called. I finally walked to the counter because I realized I was waiting a long time and found my not so cool drink waiting for me. The person making the drink or food is suppose to call out the number so the customer can walk up to the counter and retrieve his/her or order but this wasn't the case here they did not call my number and my drink was not as cold as I wanted it to be or as they advertise. I asked if they call out the number of the order when they set the product on the counter the person making the drink did not respond. I feel if WaWa does not start taking measurements on this they will not be around for long there is a Royal farm near...
