Watkins Ward review: Took money and didn't provide service

I am paid 660 GBP for service and the detective got vanished. I have called numerous times and email them, but there has been no response. I called the company's customer care number, but no one responds. It's been 40 days since I paid money, but there has been no response so far. The detective has said he will call me, but since then there has been no response. I have approached them as they seem to be registered and licensed company. I have initially paid around 700GBP, they provide some service and then I paid another 660 GBP for further service and the detective got disappeared.

Please provide me a refund.
