I contacted the company at the end of December regarding a very sensitive and important situation that is happening at the moment. They asked me to pay a deposit £450.
David was very responsive. I did include further information mid January so understood the time taken might be extended.
I have received nothing from them to show they have worked on the case they have raised. They had promised a redacted report but was never received. This was then raised with the senior management team (Jane Mckeen replied). They have said they will refund the payment and send me the report. Asked for my details. I've replied and chased several times but not had anything back.
I'm hoping this is not a scam as David has been polite and courteous throughout this whole experience. The information is also vital for me.
Desired outcome: Refund and report sent (if one has been worked on)
