watchchest.com review: No delivery and impossible to reach the seller 2

I bought Rolex watch from www.watchchest.com. The seller asked to provide personal info such as address, card number and name. After that I got confirmation email and started to wait for my order. Unfortunately, I haven’t received it and the seller stated that he sent it to the correct address. When I told them to return my money, they refused and told to wait. After that all communication stopped. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
