I have just informed wasteindustries.com via email, also referred to as GFL, of our family's termination of their trash service at our residence. This termination will be initiated after months of lengthy delays since March of this year. We've been customers for over a decade, however, their increasingly careless attitude deserves exposure. Recently, as is their routine, trash has been piling up curbside for over two weeks without so much as any customer notification. Prior, they "normally" used to pick up trash on Fridays. Unfortunately, they'll say they will be here on Saturday, which often stretches to Monday or Tuesday.
Desired outcome: Regardless, the recent quarterly rate increase also factored into our decision.
