I've lived in this apartment for 5 yrs now when I moved in the carpet was never changed from previous tenants the manager said they will put new carpet never did then now the new manager came and looked at the carpet with the maintenance man who is not a professional certified carpet expert and decided to patch the spots now I have mix match carpet I am sick and can't really deal with this I've had bed bugs due to other tenants and still have not been treated fairly on this since I've been here I had to get rid of all my furniture due to the bed bugs now I have nothing I live off of disability and can't afford new furniture please can someone help me with my problem thank you
Desired outcome: I would love to have new carpet and some furniture so my home can be nice like I once had it
