Warming Cotton Candy review: Flavored glide 2 oz. - sweet licks

Im not sure if I just got a bad bottle/possible an expired one,

But the product did not taste correct, I have not used the product before but in all the other reviews and such resources I could find about it, no one seemed to describe what I experiences,

On 10/06/2024 I bought a warming cotton candy flavored glide 2 oz. - sweet licks, at one of your in person store fronts in a mall.

Staff was friendly and polite and even discussed the product saying they had heard good things so I was excited to use it.

Once I got home (I live 2 hours away and had opened it so I doubt I could have returned it and it would not have been worth the drive) I opened the product to experiment with it/ taste it (and make sure all was well since I have sensitive skin and didn't want something like an allergic reaction during an interaction with a partner)

It smelled and looked fine, but the taste was not right, I quite like sweet and cotton candy flavored things (hence why it was the flavor I chose) but this did not taste right or like cotton candy, not to be rude but it tasted rancid like it had gone bad almost fermented, it wasn't bitter per say but it tasted like cold medicine, not what you want lube or really anything edible to taste like.

I tried it multiple times thinking maybe I used it wrong even double checked the instructions,

I put a little on the back of my hand waited to feel the warming affect then licked it off, still gross and unpleasant,

After this I left my review

Tastes gross honestly, kinda like medicine, luckily it dosent have much of an aftertaste… but not something I really look forward to tasting again :/ i'm a cotton person I often enjoy that kinda of flavor, I was sorely disappointed.

If you don't like the taste of cough syrup don't get this,

Overall im just very disappointed and think my bottle might have been bad since I didn't see anyone with similar issues in any other reviews,

I don't mean to be a bother but is there any possible way I could get a refund or maybe a new bottle or something?

Honestly there still quite a bit in the bottle and its quite a waste bc it's not good at all so I don't want to use it bc of how off-putting the taste is.

It was bought form the meadowood mall location in reno nevada

I did feel a little sick after consuming it but I wasn't sure if that was from the product or bc it was a gross taste so that in turn made me feel ill.

I couldnt find anything like an expiration date on the bottle,

Tired it again the next day thinking maybe it needed to oxygenate, still disturbing floavor.
