The Wantmatures dating platform is a scam. The messages you supposedly receive from other members are not real… they are in fact generic automated messages. There is nothing real about the service and they steal your profile data incl. photos to use on other websites to expand their fraudulent business. They have also rigged their platform so that it is impossible for you to remove and close your account/profile…. So they just continue billing their poor victims for services that do not exist…. How the hell can authorities in the UK allow such fraud to continue?

I think this is a deliberate scheme by wantmatures to milk clients out of their money. This is the second time in a week I am getting debited of almost 25 USD even after I contacted them severally to stop charging my account. Why isn't a client allowed to opt out of a subscription they're no longer interested in using. I should never have trusted this [censored] in the first place. I even tried calling their so called phone number it wasn't connecting this is frustrating and I am demanding a refund of the 14.50 USD I just got debited of few minutes ago; with immediate effect and please find a way to deactivate my account

I was scammed out of a rolling subscription 22.99pm I never agreed to this subscription.

After my bank got in touch with me saying there was suspicious activity on my account.

I messaged wantmatures an they agreed that money was taken from my account and after some talking to them they finally agreed to give me my refund saying it may take maximum of ten days .
It's been over 2 weeks now and no refund I have emailed them a few times only to get a reply saying that they will get back to me withing 24hours and I never hear from them.

They agreed a refund an now they are just ignoring me .

Very upset with this outcome I wonder how many other people they have done this too..

I simply want my money refunded. It is very clear that you hide the extra charges of EUR14.24 when I was paying for a three day service. Because what I saw was the EUR 1.89 three days trial on the payment page. There is no time I requested or wanted something more. I clearly didn't budget for extra EUR 14.24. to be deducted from my card charges. This is a scam! Not acceptable.
