I availed Radio frequency skin treatment of Wam Medical Spa at Festival Mall Alabang last April 19, 2013. AAfter the session, my skin near my left eye had a big red mark like it's burned by their laser. Staff named Bernadette Polo who conducted the RF treatment denied it and said it would be gone overnight. She put an ice to dissolve the redness but it did not work. I demanded for a medicine but it took me several request before she finally applied a cream. Overnight I placed an ice then ointment in the morning but after 12hrs. the red mark did not vanish nor improved even a little. I got panicked so I went back to Wam Medical Spa for an assistance but unfortunately, their arrogant medical secretary named GRACE CHIAPACO said that I should just return some other day as they don't have a doctor to see me. I had to demand and show anger before they offerred to make a phone call to their doctor. It was such a horible experience.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Di talaga ako makamove on sa pinaggagawa ng mga staff na natatapat sakin tuwing magpapawax ako. 1st time kong ipagawa sa Wam Festival Alabang last 2014 brazilian wax, namaga yung ano ko. Tapos yung staff na nagwax sakin trainee pa lang pala ginawa akong tester. Sobrang hapdi ng ano ko. Nagburn talaga. Parang 1st degree burn yung feeling. Di lang talaga ako umangal nung una. Pero paulit ulit hanggang sa tinry ko naman ang half leg waxing. Ganun padin walang pagbabago. Puro dakdak ang mga staff at walang ayos sa trabaho. Ngayon lang ako nagcomplain dahil naulit na naman ang walang kakwenta kwenta nilang trabaho sa legs ko. Parang walang pagmamahal sa customer. Tapos lahat ng nakausap ko sa front desk bastos. Ni hindi marunong magapology sa nangyari sakin. Grabe yung experience ko jan sa Wam Festival mall Alabang. Ipasara na dapat yan.
