Walgreens - employee

On Tuesday August 27th at around 8:40am the ASMT D got into with a customer for shoplifting. She escalated the situation by trying to grab the items from him. They then began cussing at each other and almost fist fighting. That is inappropriate and unprofessional in the store while there's customers watching. I know the store doesn't tolerate this type of stuff because you guys already had meetings with the all managers on training on this so I don't know why she was acting like that but she does it all the time FYI.
Another similar situation happened on June 11th around 8:50 a.m. with another Shift lead Rachel. She also does this all the time with shoplifters.
This is store 12271 in Las Vegas Nevada on Sahara and Las Vegas boulevard. I would like to remain anonymous and not be involved in any of this situation thank you.

Walgreens - rude employee

Me and my fiancé were in the Las Vegas Walgreens right near the SLS . Saturday late night Sunday morning . As we walked into store two employees were having a disagreement I believe . The young man in the back was filling water had asked us if we needed anything . We didn't just were stopping by for snacks for the room. out of no where this other employee screams " Shut the F*** up " to the young gentleman that asked us if we needed help . I wanted to interrupt the situation because that was super rude and rude told the guy I was ready to check out . The young gentleman cane around and looked very sad immediately and my fiancée told him that was so rude of them to yell at me like that and he said they were his supervisor! I than told him to contact corporate or I will and now I'm going out my way because Wrong is Wrong ! I than called the next night looking to speak with a manager . This guy named Cody answers and I asked for manager his puts me on hold with music and than comes back and says he is the manger for the night ! I told him I was looking to speak with the general manager and why did he just lie to me place me on hold and than answer back stating he is manager . He said the manger James will be available Monday morning but didn't give a specific time so I called corporate left a voice message and now I'm reaching out on here . people shouldn't treat other people like that . Super sad for that young guy .

Walgreens - as an employee

The Store been open for about 4 years. The manager Scott wants employees to start taking turns doing the 5 minute meetings but takes longer. Basically it compares sales from last year from each department. Also he goes over any other store information that they want us to know. I believe meetings are a managers job to talk about sales and any other store issues with their employees. Scott Wolf said himself that the daily meetings aren't mandatory but he likes to do them. It may sound like I'm overreacting but my opinion is us as employees don't get paid to do the managers job. Our job title is CSA and doesn't require us to conduct meetings. We all know that managers don't really do much but now just getting lazier. Unfair and we shouldn't be put on the spot to conduct meetings for our co workers. Please get this issue resolved. Would like to remain anonymous. Thank you
