Walgreens review: New prescription vanished from their system

I have a new prescription named hydrochlorothiazide that was electronically prescribed by my physician on oct 21, 2020. A couple of hours later, I received a text stating the medication is "delayed". The following day, nothing from the pharmacist on the status of the medication. My wife checked on the status online and it still states "delayed". Since I need the medication badly and its been the second day, my wife decided to call and asked what's the "hold up' on the medication. She has been transferred from one person to another, until the 3rd person acknowledged the call and informed my wife that the prescription is not on the system? How could that be? When a few minutes ago, we saw the status as still delayed. Well, the person she was talking with, said that maybe the physician deleted it? A big lie! Somebody in that pharmacy inadvertently deleted the order! Now, that bp pill that my husband needed since yesterday is still unavailable. We were told we have to wait until tomorrow, if they could get ahold of the physician to make another prescription. Now, y husband does not have that medication he badly needed since yesterday for high blood pressure. Very unprofessional and medically inefficient staff!
