My elderly family member fell for this and gave out their credit card information. I have been trying to cancel this account for months. They transfer to different numbers/companies when they are called and hang up repeatedly. They have been rude, calling myself and my parents idiots for wanting to cancel. Finally canceled the credit card since they refused to let us cancel the account. They are still calling and harassing my parents demanding payment. I’ve told them not to answer and not give any more information.
