Hello everyone:

I have gone to a few different Vos Nails. Normally I have little to no problems with the quality and service provided. I'm a picky customer and I like getting what I paid for.

I want my brows waxed right and my shallac done properly. Vos Nails on Jasper Ave and 109 Street is the absolute worst place to go to.

The employees are rude, ignorance is rampant there. The lady that did my brows and nails last time did a horrendous job. She completely ignored my request to pluck out any stray hairs and she used scissors on my brows to shape them and completely left them lopsided. When I questioned her she acted like she couldn't understand a word that I was saying. That was just the eye brows.

Next thing was my nails. She rushed through the shallac, she not only was grabbing my hands and fingers roughly, but she did a horrific paint job. My nails were all cut at different lengths and were not even. When I asked her to fix my nails all she kept saying is they're good.

I paid, however I didn't leave a tip that time. Later that day my shellac started to chip and one tip on my right hand cracked. I went back the next day to ask them to fix my nails, they refused to fix at that time and said to come back later. I said I need to work today and I'll need it fixed before noon.

They couldn't fix it

Anywho, I went today on October 29 at around 11:00 am to have my brows done by the other lady who I have never complaint about.

She refused my services because I'm too picky. As a paying customer I have the right to walk out looking good. Yes, I am picky. I have the right to be. If any business wants money from anyone they need to offer services that matches the price that they charge.

If isn't my fault that some of the staff can't do what they're being paid to do.

If you want great nails for less, I suggest to try Regal Nails at Northgate Mall. It's located inside of Walmart. They're great, they charge a great price and they care about quality, clientele and they are passionate about what they offer.
