Voodoo.com review: Very bad customer service

I went to voodoo today to get donuts to my kids and I asked to get the douse (13 ps) and switch couple of them because my kids don’t like it so I asked the girl and she refused and then one of them called (Lucas) he said we can’t do that he wasn’t nice at all and talk to us with very bad way and told us that they change the policy every day which isn’t true.. I’m regular customer to voodoos and I feel so bad to have someone like this working on voodoos and he have no idea how is the customer service is!

I wish to take my complaint seriously! And check who are you hiring!
