People in VLCC Dwarka are not customer centric and every customer have to deal with poor customer service which should be their topmost priority. It is so sad to say that I am a customer of VLCC for last 20 years and because of Dwarka branch I have to come and approach the complaint board.
VLCC Dwarka manager says if a customer is only taking beauty services it won't be helpful for us. Staff named Meenakshi (Rude Person) She force every customer and say my target will be completed if you will take the family pack or Lesar.
I will post my experience on Google and On social media Also
If someone can call me, I can explain everything.
