Vivian's Hair and Nails review: Permanent eyebrows

I had permanent eyebrows done back in September 2021 and at that time Vivian told me they would last at least a year maybe more, I paid $300.00 for this service. First of all the eyebrows are not even and I mentioned it to her at my follow up appointment 1 week later, she said nothing about it and had no explanation. 2nd the eyebrows are now fading in spots and its looks ridiculous. I called her on Friday April 22, 2022 and explained my concerns and she told me to come in Monday April 25th. When I got there she said it would cost me an additional $100 for her to fix the problem and she said peoples skin pigment and people with diabetes an other health issues could cause the problem. I don't have diabetes or other health issues and I don't know what skin pigments mean.

Ended up she would not fix it unless I an additional fee.
