Beware of the e-shopping site named 'Vito Herbal Sales'.
I have ordered two products online from them. First order was On Sept, 15th. The company cashed in my money on Sept 22nd (63 euros) . Second order, same product, was made on Sept 28th, with an extra 24 euros for a 5 day max delivery to my place, near Paris, France. The company cashed in my money on Oct the 3rd. Today, Oct. 9. I haven't been delivered anything. No answer to my e-mails via their support line. Total mute, despite messages like 'Support staff will soon get back to you'. I want either my items, either my money back. And I want people to be warned about Vito Herbal Sales. Enough said.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
