i paid for my order on september 30 and it still has not shipped as of october 8. I tried to e-mail and call them but i have not got a response.

I keep calling them to check on a product and they NEVER answer - phone always winds up with FAX line answering regardless of any OPTION you choose.
I don't believe this is a reputable company or site because the products they sell are ALL 'OUT OF STOCK' everywhere on the internet and other product sites like swanson vitamins, vitacost, iherb, etc.
Why is this company's link still on the INTERNET!
