Salesperson Ms BBertrand approached me the subscriber and assisted me with products and services. 49 Alcatel 1B for $99.00 and 49 Alcatel 1B for $100.00. Salesperson sold me 2 defective devices that never was in working condition whatsoever no incoming calls, voicemail were in spanish can not be put on english keyboard was pressing by itself without my consent. I made many attempts calls to the manager and email written letters to resolve this matter. Manager Sandra Hodge failed and refused to help and have consideration on my behalf this is a ongoing matter that I wants to be resolve now the subscriber. Please help me someone with this matter.
