I have cancelled my membership on the 12th of January 2021only to find out that they are still deducting money out of a bank account that I don't use. Phone Virgin Active in Montana and spoke to the rudest person called Patience Maphanga the so-called Club Administrator, that were trying to make me out as a liar. She then sends me an e-mail the next day saying my membership is cancelled and nothing about the money that was deducted out of a bank account for over a year. Send her another e-mail and again she tried to be little me. I told her that I am going to write a letter to Head office and guess what, the end of August they deducted money of my account again, that is unacceptable, and I please want my money back and I do not want to deal with that lady. You can get all my information from here. I am wondering of how many people do they steal. I need an answer for me to take further action Please

Desired outcome: All i want is my money back from you people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
