I order online these pallets from Amazon through Villerg.com I placed the order on November 27,2022 and was supposed to receive them on December 3, 2022. I have net received the pallets yet and have emailed them almost every day and I haven't heard back from them.

I also ordered from this company and have not received any packages and now I go to their website and says store is closed something should happen to this company ad business
Same problems with them,orderd in november, excuses in december "boom with Christmas ".
Nothing recieved and no response on my emails.

Ordered on 12/02/2022. Money paid from my account on 12/08. No merchandise received, no communication. Was looking forward to a fun mystery box. Now just angry that businesses can do this to decent people. Not the only company that I'm having issues with. Help me?

Seems I'm having the same problem as others are. Ordered December 2022, money paid from my account on Dec. 9th, 2022. As of now, received nothing. Ready to fly to London and jacking someone across the counter until I get some answers! Not willing to hear excuses why they are ripping me off.
I ordered from Villerg as well got one of the large electonics pallets paid 42.80. I emailed them thinking they would never respond. I got an email today stating this "Hi! Your parcel is still processing because of the shortage of stock. We can arrange a shipment within 3-4 weeks. Can you accept? On November 25, 2022, I ordered One box for whichh I paid $29.95 and suppossed to receive it in 5 days after the purchase. My order number is VIL1287, so far I have not receive it. I sent them an email, they answer that they were going to send it soon. What can I do to get my money reimbursed?

We purchased a product from villerg.com for $45 Australian dollars. And didn't receive it then was promised a refund and didn't receive it. Now they won't even answer our emails.this happened on the 27th November 2022 and said the purchase would arrive the 3rd December 2022
I placed my order on the 28 of November and up to now I haven't received anything yet, they said my order was going to be delivered in five days
They did the same to me and my wife said the package was on the way and then said a refund was coming but never received either. They just ghosted us on the email.
