Village Hotel Bristol review: Part time position

Hi, I applied for a part time spa receptionist position at your Bristol hotel. I am more than experienced to do the job. I heard nothing back (which is rude in itself) and then I saw the job advertised again so I applied for it again. I applied 3 times and didn’t hear back. As I have plenty of experience to work in this position I will have to assume that it is because of my age. I believe that is classed as ‘age discrimination’. Please let me know what other reason there may be that you would completely ignore an applicant 3 times from someone with more than enough experience?
