I have used View more for about a year and 1/2. The first year I used low speed internet from Windstream and was very happy. After updating my internet to high speed fiber optic with unbelievable speeds, my TV is constantly buffering on every channel at different times. I called and the service only communicates via text? The service, states on its tv service that my internet provider is throttling the internet. BOLONEY! Either their service doesn't work or they want you to buy some box there selling. My internet speeds being fiber are the fastest you can buy. The speeds were checked each time and were over 200mbps. In its present form the service is worthless.

Desired outcome: I want them to fix the constant buffering and freezing. THATS ALL!
