Vidbilling.com review: Unknown and unwanted "service" 1 comment

I was charged $39.95 from Vidbilling, I don't even know what that is nor what service it's supposedly providing. I don't recall even signing up for this, yet I've been charged. Only lead so far is an email I found that was fake. None of my question so far have been answered.
Why have I been charged? When was the subscription purchased? When was the account made? Why do I not have any account info or even a site to go to? How can I cancel this? Will I be able to get a refund?
