Beware, this community is NOT civilized. Last years HOA has a facebook page (since 2011) that makes fun of other community members. Much harassment is received at board meetings. I have never experienced such chaos.

True! If you ever run for the board & are voted in, there are 2 guys that will harrass u & spread rumors. They don't keep up the info boards, have hired landscapers that cost more & do less, list goes on. Including a major issue, can't wait to see how long this one takes them. They harrassed Greystone Mgmt. to the point- they wouldn't cont. w/community. Although sad, it's actually humorous when I think about how much of their (2 idiots in our community) personal time they've spent, just to be in charge of something for once in their lives. One of them is so twisted and homophobic, he insisted that ribbon decorations had a gay agenda! Seriously. What's really amusing, these guys are such cowards, they'll never have a discussion with you (cowards), they'll just make childish jokes on FB!
Thinking of moving in? If you're not interested in making any decisions in you're community, you should be ok. Really, for the most part, the majority of us go about our business, and those of us that once had an interest in donating our time, now know better!
