Company is buying local residential houses to convert into corporate hotels, causing a significant amount of noise to locals.

in June 2025 I had to deal with 4 months of construction work happening in a property adjacent

Then may 4th of this year, they bought and started renovating another property adjacent

They have bought 7 properties in the local vicinity and caused a significant amount of noise for the local residents including myself.

Not only are they taking away affordable housing for local residents, but doing so by turning them into shallow shared accomodations full of strangers, and doing so at the cost of constant harassment to the local residents with the excuse of "It's just renovations there's nothing we can do"
