Velahos - The NFC Group review: Unpaid wages and commissions 1

On Thursday, June 10, 2010 a class-action complaint was filed on behalf of all past and present employees of National Foreclosure Consultant Group, LLC. The Complaint also names Efthemios Velahos, Nancy Velahos and the Velahos Law Firm. The class action seeks unpaid wages and commissions that NFC Group promised employees but did not pay, minimum wages and overtime and damages for the NFC Group's improper classification of employees as independent contractors.
