Vanilla Gift Cards / InCOMM Financial Services Inc. review: Gift card

This is the second gift card that I have received that will not work. You need to speak 4 different languages if you want to understand what these "customer service" reps are saying. They read the script that they are provided. They cannot think for themselves. It's a joke, the remedies they offer never work. It's just common fraud! They want you to send a picture of the sales receipt. Who gives a gift card with the receipt to a friend or relative. How many of you keep receipts for gift cards after you've given them. This is so frustrating to know that a company can continually break the law and steal funds from people who received those funds as a gift. They say the funds never expire... Exactly... Because you can't access the funds! It's time for a class action lawsuit against vanilla and a separate one against visa for allowing the use of their name. Vanilla card is distributed and serviced by incomm finacial services inc.
