I received a gift card and was allowed one transaction and Vanilla put it on hold after many hours and calls placed on hold, hangups and geral lack of service I have yet to receive a physical card replacement. It is coming up on 2 months. Each rep and supervisor say they will send an email requesting one to be expedited 24-48 hours later...7 weeks later and no resolution. I have a case number and all the necessary information yet I am empty handed. This is beginning to look like a case of fraud and Federal and state attorneys General should be notified.
