I am writing this formal letter to demand the sum of $10,000 by October 15, 2023. On February 5, 2023, we engaged in a boudoir photography session scheduled for 5:30 PM, spanning a duration of two hours, at a pre-agreed rate of $175. However, I remitted a total payment of $250, inclusive of a gratuity. Additionally, I incurred expenses amounting to $120 for hair highlights and $167 for nail and toe treatments.

At the conclusion of the photoshoot, approximately 425 images were captured and subsequently uploaded to a Google Drive account, per our agreement. You committed to editing approximately 10 of these images before Valentine's Day, with the remaining to be edited within a six-month timeframe. Regrettably, you failed to meet this deadline. In response to my inquiry, you acknowledged the elapsed time and the removal of the images from the “Google Drive”. We then mutually agreed that the outstanding images would be edited within 30 days and subsequently delivered to my residence.

When the images were finally delivered on a thumb drive, only approximately 150 were included. At this juncture, I also requested a refund for the session's cost, which was not provided.

Consequently, I am now demanding $10,000 for the following reasons:

1. You failed to refund the session fee when initially requested.

2. The images delivered were not adequately edited to remove noticeable imperfections, such as shoes in the background, a scar on my leg, and a facial blemish, as specifically requested on February 5, 2023.

3. You did not adhere to the contract terms, as you claimed to edit "as a courtesy" rather than as a professional hired photographer. Although I indicated that my husband, Tony, could assist with editing if needed, you never sought his assistance within the initial six-month period, rendering that offer null and void.

4. Communication with you via email and messenger was challenging and resulted in unnecessary stress and extreme dissatisfaction with both the final photographs and your professionalism.

I hereby grant you until October 27, 2023, to establish a payment plan or remit the full amount. Your actions have caused me emotional distress and depression, undermining the intended purpose of boosting my self-esteem through this photography session.

Desired outcome: A formal apology, a full payment plan of $10,000, 0r remittance in full of $10,000.00- Knowing that I did not take any of this publicly and Instead was professional did it without taking it public. I would like this done the same likewise.

Because this was a boudoir photography session- no photos will be publicly shared!
