Despite three written and now two verbal requests over a period of five months asking for a face-to-face review of a badly flawed UTH East, Texas account. After these many months I am still without resolve. All necessary paperwork is in order to present my case, impossible to resolve via electronically.
Each call I get transferred to another number that never answers so accounting review request and return call that is never returned.
Just a revolving door without a method to resolve. Yet UTH threatens to assign account to collection agency.
I am making monthly payments as I can. I paid twice via credit card, proof provided, and not reflected on accounting, an uncashed check, that UTH refused to cash that I finally just had to pay to cancel.
Sorry accounting practices and overall customer service to the extent of being rude.
Each month UTH continues to send flawed statements which I refuse to pay until a completed face-to-face is reviewed and reconciled.
Desired outcome: All that is wished or being asked for is just a simple face-to-face meeting to review a badly flawed accounting and be permitted to present the facts.
