Back in 2013, I submitted the proper form to the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records regarding my DDForm-214. I received a letter back with a bunch of gibberish that did not correspond nor resolve the issue accordingly. The reason for separation is to be upgraded with the honorable discharge to remain intact as indicated on the original DDForm-214. I have found that there was a fraudulent diagnosis based on the following research and facts by highly reputable individuals. They include the following:
1. Fraud, waste, and abuse
2. Discrimination
3. Defamation of character
4. Genocide
5. Falsifying government documents by rendering a false diagnosis by a doctor while stationed abroad.
6. Falsifying government documents and medical records by rendering a false diagnosis that was rendered by the same doctor while stationed abroad
7. Failing to correct this matter as requested in 2013, which falls under the Geneva Conventions Protocols under Article III. This also includes the 1907 protocols under the use of chemical weapons. The serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, does in fact qualify as a chemical weapon as it destroys the brain chemistry.

There are other many numerous and credible resources not mentioned here. Just who in fact is in the wrong here and who in fact committing genocide on a daily basis and rendering people with labels based on absolutely no scientific evidence in order to receive high pay and turn a blind eye to international war crimes here? To include covering up war crimes and blaming the wrong individual(s)! Guess What? I'VE GOT NEWS FOR THOSE THAT USE THAT PLAYBOOK. IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK ANY MORE!-PERIOD! I need this information corrected immediately and reason for separation indicated as "UNCHARACTARIZED". In addition, I will continue to seek additional measures to remedy this situation accordingly and will not rest until resolved fully in MY FAVOR! Using capitalized letters means that I am asserting these statements in a firm manner because this situation is way out of hand and it should make a normal person angry! And if you are not angry, there is something very wrong. It is called righteous anger due to human rights violations and human slavery that are unprecedented and under-representated. Thank you!

Right to a fair trial and hearing regarding facts presented in the 1998 which falls under the 1949 Geneva Conventions.
The 1949 Geneva Conventions, which codified IHL after World War II, also marked the first inclusion in a humanitarian law treaty of a set of war crimes-the grave breaches of the conventions. Each of the four Geneva Conventions(on wounded and sick on land, wounded and sick at sea, prisoners of war, and civilians)contains its own list of grave breaches. This list in its totality is; willful killing; torture or INHUMANE TREATMENT(INCLUDING MEDICAL EXPERIMENTS)-statement from Steven R. Ratner. That includes labeling individuals with psychiatric disorders and prescribing dangerous psychiatric drugs. Psychiatric drugs are indeed a chemical agent and does indeed qualify under the Geneva Conventions Protocols. This also includes falsifying government documents and does indeed, qualify under these protocols. To also include transposing that information on to DDForm-214 by a incompetent medical doctor while stationed abroad.
