USA Signals Catalog review: To get a refund of those five months charges.

I have a recurring monthly charge of $14.95 to my account since Oct. 9 of 2021 thru February of 2022. I ordered several items from their catalog in October of last year, paid in full and received those items, Today, February 9th, when I called, they said I had joined to be a VIP, which would give inside status of sales and such. I did not knowingly do that. They said they would no longer charge me, but made no effort to refund me.
