I went to pick up a prescription cough medicine at 7:15 pm on august 24th 2021. 1st story - it was not ready and to come back on 30 min. 2 nd story - there is not enough medication in stock to fill script, can I do a partial dose? I said yes, being that I have been up for days coughing throughout the night, hence that is why I need the medication. Doctor is Treating me for walking pneumonia. 3rd story-they can not fill script because they do not have the correct strength available and script would have to be called in by the doctor the next day. In the meanwhile I will be up again all night with no relief from my coughing from walking pneumonia. All these stories told to me in 2 minutes.

The pharmacy could of and should had all this information before I came to pick up? Why did they not return a call to the doctor to correct the script if they knew they could not fill the original script and maybe give me a courtesy call explaining the situation instead telling me several stories that made no sense?
