Suddenlink television service is routinely accompanied by profuse pixellation, tiling and loss of picture and sound, which totally interrupts whatever we may be watching.
We have called local suddenlink to complain, and on two different occasions, technicians were sent to the house. We paid for the service calls, and nothing happened. The first said cable connections were bad... A seemingly typical response for these situations. We replaced the cable inside the house, to absolutely no avail. The second checked and said to check connections — and that was after we ran new cable inside. Nothing changed. It's a system problem from the outside.
Pixellation is not limited to any particular time of day, but we do notice that it usually happens around 11am and intermittently all afternoon — with more usually arriving around 4pm or so.
We here are like much of the rest of the country — we are limited as to choices. And satellite television such as direct, etc, is not feasible in many areas of our state due to the mountains.
We pay dearly for suddenlink services — and what we receive is not what we pay for.
Suddenlink needs to completely update its outdated infrastructure
