I went for a donation at the Pewaukee center in Wisconsin. I've done over 370 donations. And know how this should go. When I got to the chair, the woman who did my stick poked my artery. Let me do 30% of my donation with arterial blood. I told her it was very red and didn't look right. Should I eat more red meat? I joked and she just laughed and moved to her next victim. Then I couldn't pump my hand. I asked for an adjust and the girl standing near me said we had to wait for the blood to return the woman who did the stick had not even realized that she had poked my artery. I got real hot and the blood when it was trying to return could not a supervisor walked by notice that I was getting a hematoma and instead of taking the needle out right the
Then & there. He decided to make it. And I quote a boot camp lesson. Then he called her student over and she started to go to the computer, he said. No, we are fighting against a clock. He could have had the needle out by that time. But instead chose to make me a test dummy. Then he did not notice either that it had been an arterial stick. My arm was bruised from my wrist to my underarm. It took 3 weeks to heal. I went back to the facility 3 × 2 have them take a look and see if there was anything that they could do I lost a day's work because my boss said no, you can't work like that. They never took down any names they never took any pictures. I have photos that I can send you to prove how bad they maimed my arm. This was $520 a month. That I was receiving and now I am scared to go back. The way they treated me was unconscionable. They never asked me to stay when I was done. They didn't ask how I was doing. They didn't seem to care at all what they had done. I just feel like I was completely mistreated. And it was obviously neglect that they don't know what they're doing. I would like to receive some sort of feedback. It would be great if I could get a little at the very least. A letter of apology let me know that something has been done.
And it would be great if I could recover my day's wages that I lost out on. I doubt I will ever go back to another biolife. Due to the treatment from Pewaukee center, please contact me.
Desired outcome: Recovery of lost wages
