Aurora Health Care - dr. spiering

There is absolutely no reason to withhold my estrogen because I stopped coming in for my inr.
I have been trying to have the script filled since october and the pharmacy said to call them finally so I did. A day or two before I called them I got an automated message saying I was due for a physical.. I haven't even been with this dr. For a year.. Yet at no point did anyone tell me to schedule one at and of my prior visits to her office. I stayed in communication with them over the summer when my grandmother was sick in mi and I couldn't make it for an inr. I admitted I was lax on the inr f
But to deny me medically necessary estrogen due to a lack of all female reproductive organs because they were surgically removed years ago.. And to tell me I have to see a cardiologist for my inr tells me that no one is reading my chart. I don't take warfarin for a heart related issue. It's for a genetic clotting disorder yet she would treat me like I was an afib patient.
I'm tired of aurora staff not looking at my chart before asking me if there is any chance of pregnancy.. It is rude hurtful and traumatic. Being reminded over and over that no I can't have kids I don't have the parts..
Not to mention why does she need me for a physical to refill my estrogen? Read the notes from the urigynocologist I saw last week or how about any of the other 4-5 mds I see weekly.. Or the x-rays from the sitzmarker test. I just finished yesterday.. I have been out of work since april because of all this her office was made aware of my transportation issues I have always cancelled in advance if need be using the aurora app. I get my results myself faster then her office provides them to me.
I'm now on month 2 no estrogen. And have to find a new primary who understands patients differences and is properly trained to handle patients who have their schedules full with dr. Appointments weekly..
Holding my medicine hostage. Is a horrible thing to do.
