Comfort Dental

Hello we were customers of the Pearl st Comfort Dental location. after our experience today my family and I will never be back. First off, our appointment was moved up 30-minutes with only a 15-minute notice, then throughout the cleaning the hygienist was rude and cut up my gums and teeth severely while showing little regard for the pain that I was in, ignoring my protests. I have had quite a lot of dental work done as well as take very good care of my teeth and I have never been in as much pain as they left me. the previous time I was in I had mentioned that my wisdom teeth were bothering me, and I had been totally ignored when I asked for a referral while this time i was railroaded by the dentist on the matter and couldn't get a word in edgewise, not that i was up for talking with how much pain I was in from my cleaning. I do not know how other locations are, but I would highly suggest going out of your way to avoid this one, horrid customer service and from my experience overall skill as well.
