Our home has several issues. Every water fitting in the house has leaked. One of them was so bad I had to gut the drywall in my bathroom and replace it. Currently we have a leaking roof that was proven by a roofing company to be manufactured issues. This leak has cause drywall damage inside my home alone with black mold inside of the wall. We also have leaking pipes underneath the home in the plumbing due to nails being shot through them when the floor was installed. For a company that strives on well built homes our home is a pretty sorry job. We had a 3 month window when we bought the home to find manufacturing issues. We found issues when we first bought it that was resolved but these ongoing issues isn't something that could have been found in 3 months of living in the home.
