Outback Steakhouse - Manager was rude, and argumentative

On 8/22/19 at 6:21pm, table 24 with Alexis L. I had dinner in at this Outback before leaving I placed an order to go for lunch later. Three orders of wings, coconut shrimp, bowl of clam chowder soup and a house salad with tangy tomatoes dressing. At lunch time when my husband and I went to eat the chicken it was salty to the bone and very dark. the coconut shrimp was also very dark. the soup and salad was good. the next evening I called Outback and spoke with Andrew. He told me he would handle it. I told him I couldn't come back up there right away. He told me to call when I was coming (call and remind him what happen). I call Tuesday at 3:20pm. I asked to speak with Andrew, he was off. I asked if I could speak to the manager and I explained to him the hold story. He said he was going to try and get in touch with Andrew and put me on hold. During that time another manger picked the phone up and asked if he could help me. I told him I was on hold with the other manager. He told me to tell him what happen so I told him. He asked me why I would order togo and not eat it until 2:30 in the morning. I told him I had dinner at the Outback I got the togo order for lunch because I work at night. He asked me what time did I get the togo order. I told him 6:21. he told me well if you're not going to eat it until later it's not going to be the same. I explained to I get the same order all the time, eat it later with no problem. I also told him what difference it made when I ate it; it shouldn't have been so salty and dark. He argued with me before tell me he was going to tell the head manager to call me. I waited. I tried to call corporate but I was driving. I called the Mechanicsville Outback to get corporates number. I explained it to that manager there. He told me the head manager was Todd Watson and he was at the store at this time. I called back to the W. Broad St store and asked for Mr. Watson. I asked him had his manager told him about the situation I had. He said yes but I had to explain it again. Mr. Watson asked me did Andrew say he was going to handle it. I told him yes. He explains to me they usually send something the mail so I could go to any Outback. I told him Andrew did give me an option. He took my information and told me he would send it.
