Bowditch Ford

I purchased a car from Bowditch Ford in Newport News. This was a used 2015 Chevrolet Corvette that came with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. The car only had 14k miles and looked like brand new. On my way home I noticed a strange vibration in the transmission. I contacted the sales rep the next day and she said to bring it in and they would get it straight. After a little research online I found that the car had a factory service bulletin issued on it. Since the car was a Chevrolet they told me that I would have to take it to a Chevrolet dealership to have the bulletin performed. Now after spending $938 to get the transmission flushed and issue corrected, Bowditch says they are sorry but there is nothing they can do... WTH
