Jiffy Lube

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube many times and have always had mediocre service. On one particular visit (on a Saturday) I received HORRIBLE service. I've never seen so many uncontrolled workers at once. No one seemed to care about their job. When I went to confront the store manager, I was informed that he had left for the day (at 10am?) and that I should come back on another day. I came back that next Saturday and he was not there again. It seemed a little suspicious that the store manager would not attend work on the busiest day for a Jiffy Lube. Hopefully one day I'll be able to see him there on a Saturday.
