Comtinuing problems with my brakes on my 2006 Jeep Rubicons brakes, rear brake calibers have been replace twice at 50K mikes on the vehicle and on the same rear wheel which has never been off road, having a hard time keeping it running on a paved road. Jeep Rubicons are a joke and if you are thinking about buying one FORGET IT, they are piece of crapp. Have spoken to Chrysler directly and they said there is nothing they can do, I'm passed my warrently but have been having problems since 33K...go figure. Now I just took it in today to find out that my emergency brake pads are detached from the rear shoes and they quoted me a price of $600 to fix them. DO NOT ever buy a Jeep Rubicon, their commercials make me sick to my stomach everytime I see them off road...guess we don't see them replace the brakes after every commecial
this is the reason why i dont buy dodge products. normally, their issues are with their drivetrain. they spend more time perfecting their high performance items rather than the ones that everyone can afford.
everyone that i know that has a jeep or dodge truck has had a problem. and not cheap problems. problems big enough to make them get rid of it.
