Red Lobster - Bad

On Friday, Feb 26th, 2021, I placed an order, Order # 1157051740 at the 10325 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030 location. I've placed orders here in the past with excellent quality and service. On this evening, I was notified that my order should arrive around 6:45pm. When I received the notification, I was notified that Zafer would be delivering my food as indicated. In the link, it showed that I could track my order. My order left Red Lobster on time and as I patiently waited, when the notification showed that Zafer was 5 minutes away, I prepared my beverage to enjoy with my meal. I noticed that the 5 minute indicated seem to stay that way for about 10 minutes, then 25 minutes, still 5 minutes away. I called the mobile number and there was no answer. I went outside to look around thinking maybe they are trying to find the apartment. I called again with the same (no answer) result. I then thought maybe there was an accident so I went inside from the cold and called the store. In another attempt, I went outside almost now 45 minutes late, I noticed a car stopped and a foreign lady got out and was about to go upstairs and I asked is that a delivery for red lobster, she asked my name and then gave me the tied up bag. I just looked at her thinking she would at least offer up some remarks, she didn't even have the dignity to say I'm sorry for being so late. This woman just turned and got in her car and drove away. Then if that wasn't bad enough, of the 6 Walt-Shrimps, one was darker that I am and even smelt burnt. I thought it was much more brown but maybe the quality was still there, needless to say, I had to spit it out. So not only did I get cold seafood (warming up seafood is not good), burnt shrimp and a funky attitude from the delivery person. This is the first time for each of those mentioned items, just informing you that this wasn't good. I have had Red Lobster wherever I've been and it has always been High-Quality / Great Service. Take care.

Desired outcome: At least contact the establishment and delivery service
