Walmart - cheating on insurance

I went in to pick up my medicine and I didn't check the bag, "it was stapled Up" when I got home I noticed only five vials of insulin, and I was suppose to have gotten seven, I called the pharmacy back and got the run around and was told I only had a prescription for five vials"I got seven last month" from the same pharmacy, I called my insurance and I was told WalMart charged my insurance for seven! I also got another person's prescription in my bag that was n ot even mine! I don't have enough insulin to run all month hardly and with WalMart cheating me and the insurance company "Humina" I can't even buy anymore insulin if I could, I am loosing the feel in my feet and legs as is, and now I don't even have enough insulin to run a month until next time I can get it refilled, not to mention I still have the other person's medicine that was not for me to take anyway! Since this happened two weeks ago my insurance says they paid for insulin last month once for five vials and the next day they paid for seven vials, which I didn't even get the five vials last month either. I think there is a problem with the pharmast because if you talk to any of them like I did they have a slurred voice like someone that was drinking or taking pills. But who do you contact? And who does care? My name is Terry E. Vaughn PO BOX 212 NArrows, Virginia 24124

I called them the next morning and I was told that they did not put someone else's meds in with mine, and yes they left out one of my blood pressure meds. which "thank God" my blood pressure didn't go up too high without it. I have now gotten the BBB looking into it.

Okay Irish... I was on your side for a minute because I like snarky chicks, but your complex with people being childish is boring now.

If you're losing the feeling in your extremities it isnt because of the pharmacy...its because you havent controlled your diabetes. You cant blame them for that !
You couldnt tell before you left the pharmacy that you didnt have ALL your insulin? That's the first thing I check and I go thru drive thru.
The minute you KNEW you have someone else's script why didnt you immediately return to the pharmacy and fix the situation.
No..you'd rather come here and complain.
THEN you add that you think the pharmacists are drinking or taking drugs? Nice add on!
