Red Roof Inn

Checked into the Red Roof Inn at 6880 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, Tx on 8/18/23 for 2 night stay. Front desk staff were very rude and were annoyed that I had a hearing impairment and that I had to ask them to repeat. Turned back bed and the sheets were very dirty. I asked for clean sheets, was told housekeepers had left for the day but would bring clean sheets. Never happened. I asked about hair dryer not in room. Said would bring to room, never happened. The entire hotel was very dirty inside and out. Sidewalks were being grinded and awful concrete dust everywhere. Very hard to breathe. I have traveled very much and this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at, I will never return to any Red Roof Inn. I was appalled at the accommodations and staff at this hotel.
