VALIC

I have three accounts through my employer with Valic. I've sent them the form that was properly filled out to cash out these accounts. They said they would process it and it should only take a few days to receive checks. The paperwork was sent to them via fax on January 29, 2021. It is now February 20, 2021 and I received only a notice concerning one account that it was being processed. I was expecting this money a lot sooner and need it badly.
