RaceTrac - Lottery service

I was at the RAC Trac to play my lottery for tonight's Mega Millions draw and the clerk allowed the other clerk to run someone else's numbers before he finished mine! He just stood there, never said a word to me until I asked him did he run my tickets. He said something was wrong with my slip. Well it was a easy fix but he did say anything until the other clerk ran some other guys tickets. I left the store to avoid making a scene and call back and spoke with the manager who commenced to argue with me saying the line was long and he wanted to keep the line going. That's no excuse and besides, the line was not long at all, maybe about 4 people in the store at that time. (5:30 - 5:40 is PM). I feel like the guy got the tickets I was suppose to get because he failed to communicate with me about what was going on with my slips. (I will be contesting any large wins at that store for this draw should anyone win who played at that time). Neither one of us my not win but it's the principle and his lack of concern that has me mad. The store clerks need to understand that people are sensitive about there numbers and this should not happen! I wait my turn when I play my numbers. He said "it doesn't matter". Well, it did to me and anybody else who's taking a chance on 800 million dollars! It matters and I would like to have something done about this problem before the wrong person has this happen and makes a real scene in that store. I know this may sound petty to you but this is a situation where you have to wait your turn. Please initiate a improvement method so that when people are playing their numbers to have the clerks finish with one customer before they move onto the next customer,. That's just common courtesy! if he had communicated with me the problem would have been easily resolved. I walked away to elevate an dispute but the next person my not.
