5/24/21 I arrived at 4:45pm to have the oil changed (had scheduled an appointment, I could have been late to the appointment no sure) the gentle man behind the counter was VERY RUDE, he did not ask me any questions just told me to come back tomorrow. I stood there in disbelief and asked him again as he put his backpack on his back I said that I scheduled an appointment and your telling me I have to come back tomorrow, (not knowing if I could come tomorrow I left working trying to get there) he dropped the backpack with an attitude and said WHAT IS YOUR NAME? I told him to have a blessed day and walked out. I asked the worker if this is how this business in normally run and he said that something was going on and not sure what to do or say to me. He was very nice and wish I would have gotten his name he apologized for the (owner/manager) mans behavior and said that he would be there in the morning about 8am. I was due oil change and AC charge, I wasn't there to ask questions I was there for service. We all go through things in life and you must be able to conduct ourselves in a business manner and today sir you did not. I could say that you treated me rudely because I am a black woman but I wont go there but you sir were very rude to a paying customer. I hope what ever it was gets better and that you will never treat ANYONE this way again. This may be you one day. And again I hope that you have a blessed day.
