On May 08, 2020, my son Jason Jermaine Murray, passed away at 1:08am and I was not notify until 2:04am. The doctor was cool and seen happy. I informed the nurse that I was going and to notify me of any changes. My son door was open when I arrived to the ICU. So it was the first thing I saw and any one else. I have called and spoke to customer care. They did nothing. Doing my time of great pain. The staff stole from my son and has happen three times. Customer care started questioning me. I have requested medical records and received nothing. I have pictures to proof that we made complaint about staff not keeping iv clean, bed and other things.
